The whole team from One Call do a fantastic job of networking and promoting the sale of genuine parts, they have a great attitude towards supporting Dealers and do a great job of encouraging Dealers to interact with each other to combat the factors. Alan has kept in touch regularly over the past 3 months and pumped me for targets constantly. He has pushed the hand cleaner (record sales in December) and PIQ promotions vigorously to the selected partners. I also tasked Alan with data capture for the PIQ registration which he has made significant inroads into. This is an ongoing action (we are only at 46% of target currently). Our PIQ sales are at 173% YTD against 2017.
We have picked up a couple of accounts of the back of Alan's visit in this time also. Chris Gregory (Harrogate) has placed a couple of meaty orders and Moss Tyres (Weatherby) likewise.
I feel Alan is doing very well in representing Cooper York at this time and confident with a little more support from me in terms of action on his ideas (ie Easter email campaigns) we will continue to move forward.
