Garage repair business who purchase the goods and services from the Business Partner.

We obtain personal information from you either through our website, through you contacting us directly as a result of you hearing about our service or through one of our sales representatives making contact with your business.

We collect personal information about you when you give this to us in the course of you and/or your business agreeing to use our service.

In order to keep in contact with you by personal call, by telephone and by e-mail.

In the case of customers to keep your details on our database to keep you informed of offers, promotions and news from our Business Partners and associate companies One Call Leasing Ltd and Collision Solutions Ltd.

If you have no accounting transactions with ourselves then in the event we cease to trade with your organisation we shall immediately destroy your personal data.

Should you leave your employment with either a Business Partner or a Customer we shall immediately destroy your personal data.

Should you request that your personal data is destroyed this will be carried out immediately.
